Out Of Town

I just wanted you to know we would be out of town camping this weekend. I will be back Monday if I survive the 104 degree weather and three boys! Orders will be shipped then. I added some goodies to my shop. Have a great weekend and stay cool!

Vintage Trims

I have been listing lots of vintage trims in my shop. You will still get a free yard of vintage lace with every order. My favorite is the French Blue and White lace. Its so delicate and soft.

I am putting off listing the Home Sweet Home Collage kits until I receive some vintage wallpaper I purchased. That way I can add some GORGEOUS vintage wallpaper to the kits.

New Kits Are Coming

I have been working on this idea for a while now. I wanted something cottagey, and for the home. So this is my Home..Sweet..Home collage kit. I will be offering them soon at Brandywine Boutique. You could hang them on your door, or wall, and you could even use them in a scrapbook! I own all three of the photos that will be in the kit. I just love the pets in them. The

three children all have their own bunny! And that big black dog must have been loved to be included in the family photo. I'm not sure when I will list them but, I am working on it. I will also be making more journals from antique photo album frames too.

Fun Little Project

Today we have several pool birthday parties to go too. Happy 3rd birthday my cutie pie nephew Boone!!! I was wishing for something pretty to tote around the towels, sun screen, bug spray, and all that junk. So I got brave and took one of my grocery bags, vintage trim, and some vintage corsages and made this bag. I broke three sewing machine needles. I don't think the machine likes me. I might sew some mother of pearl buttons on too. Who knows in might fall apart! Have a great weekend. Get inspired and create!

Patriotic Inspiration

I received two yummy things in the mail today. I had won a amazing Victorian photo album on e-bay and it came with a few photos and I got some vintage crepe paper from the adorable shop Junque Art. I just happened to set them down on a old book and thought, "wow those look neat together." and tada "American Boy" collage was born. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Isn't he so handsome? Of course I had to make a story to go with it:

This is Emerson. He is seventeen and going to the annual 4th of July picnic. He's taking a huge bouquet of Lilacs (Victorian meaning for lilacs is first love) for the girl he hopes will be his.Her name is Amalia. All of his friends teased him about his tie but he thinks its just the thing to catch her eye. Good luck Emerson!

School's Out For Summer
