I Heart Eggs

I have been waiting forever for this! Ever since I got chickens I have been wanting to offer pretty blown eggs in my shop. Well finally all my chickens are laying eggs. When deciding what breeds of chickens to get I chose them by there eggs. Yes I love eggs that much! I wanted a variety of colors and shades. I love to decorate them and decorate with them! Of course this is the perfect time of year to do so. But, I decorate with mine year around. Not only did I want the perfect egg colors but the perfect little egg carton. I finally found it. Its just so cute and just right to decorate. Did you know you can stamps eggs? You can also use scrapbook rubons on them. And of course you can cover them in glitter, paint them, bling them up, and pile them into pretty, vintage bowls. I'm so excited to be able to share them with you! You can find them here.

I finally have pictures of my Mississippi Kite!!!!!

I have been obsessed with some large birds of prey that moved into our area for a few years now. We live in the middle of town so it was usual to see birds like that. Well, I never got close enough to see what kind they were till this year. They are Missasssippi Kites. They made a nest across the ally. So this mourning I looked out and one was perched so close to my yard I had to get pictures. So I went running out with my camera in my underwear. But, I got some good pictures. lol
