Belinda The Little Witch
I have something to share that I worked really hard on. I created some new Vintage Halloween items for my shop. It all started with a little story in my head and my sketch pad. Using sketches is new to me and I must say I'm really loving the idea. This is the story of Belinda the Little Witch!
It was Belinda’s first year at Witchcraft Academy. Her very favorite classes were “Animal Husbandry” and “You and Your Familiar“. She found her true passion was spending time in the Bat Belfry. Belinda loved sitting in the Belfry tower at dusk as the bats left for the night!
I can imagine a little girl having a Birthday party or Halloween party and using all of these handmade supplies. I also can see it all set up in a barn for a Autumn or Harvest party. Can't you see all the candles, pumpkins, and silhouettes?! So fun! I hope its a success I worked really hard on it.

Family

Hi Y'all! I know its been forever. The truth is two weeks ago my 27 year old cousin died. Its been quite a shock and has shook up my family pretty badly. All I have wanted to do is spend time with my family and do the things we love. We have been baking, decorating for Fall, going to my brothers football games, watching my sister cheer, and spending lots of time on the phone with each other. Those are the things that matter the most. I am blessed to have two little brothers and two little sisters. This hard time has made me what to be closer to them. The above pic is of my siblings and me. Its a few years old. My youngest brother is way taller than me now! The next pic is my big boy Keegan when we went to pick out pumpkins.Pumpkins are one of my very favorite parts of fall! Speaking of Fall. Autumn Joli Paquet is just around the corner. Are you excited? I am! Hug the ones you love today!!!

Autumn Blessings Flip Book

Autumn Blessings Flip Book
Autumn is my favorite time of year. I love to slow down and count my blessings when the leaves start to turn glorious colors, families come together to bake and cook, and the garden offers its bounty. Come count your blessings with me and make this Autumn flip book and holder. The book has many layers of new and vintage ribbons, papers, gems, glitter, and embellishments. It will have places for you to journal what your thankful for, record your favorite fall memories, and add autumn pictures. You will also make a Plexiglas holder that can adorn your home year around. The holder will have antique mother of pearl buttons, real silver glitter, and vintage lace. In the class you will learn many techniques you need for that vintage distressed look. All the supplies are include. You can however, bring Fall stamps (rubber or acrylic), photos, and any little collected treasures you might want to add. So come on over and creatively put your blessings to paper to remember what your thankful for.
