Dress Form Party!

Tiffany over at Shabby Scraps is having a dress form party! If your looking for ideas or just love dress forms hop on over to her site for a list of all that are participating. She is having the party to show her husband that she is not the only gal in the world who LOVES ragged old dress forms. When I brought my Millie home I asked my husband if he thought I was weird dressing up a dress form .He said "No, its just a big doll and girls like to play with dolls." So cute and true!

Lovely photos and your husband's response is wonderful too. My hubby says they will scare away the guests LOL (she is in the Guest Bedroom).

Good point - I guess we never outgrow our dollies. It was nice to meet you and Millie at this party, I'm coming back over for tea sometime to visit you properly.

I lurrrve the idea of the bird nest on your Millie's neck. Well done.

Millie is gorgeous! I love her millinery belt. Your husband is right, I have never quite looked at it that way before, they are like grown up dress up dolls!
Thanks for sharing!

No way! I about died when I opened your page, as I have a three tiered silver server loaded with vintage jewels right now, lol!

Your form is very pretty. Love the flowers. And the bird's nest!

Your husband is SO right.

Very pretty--love the flowers and her Paris lettering at the bottom. Your husband is a good sport. My husband took to the idea of a dress form hanging around pretty easily because his grandfather was a tailor.
